½ cup whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 cup Strawberry Açai Refresher
½ cup full fat canned coconut milk
2 tablespoons freeze dried strawberries
1 ½ cups ice

Steps:

  • Make the matcha vanilla cold foam: In a medium bowl, combine the milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and matcha. Blend with an immersion blender until thick and foamy, about 3 minutes.
  • Make the pink drink: In a large glass, stir together the strawberry açaí refresher and coconut milk. Add the freeze-dried strawberries and ice and top with the matcha vanilla cold foam.

¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon caramel sauce, plus more for topping
1 ½ tablespoons White Mocha Syrup
2 oz hot espresso
½ cup whole milk
1 cup ice

Steps:

  • Make the salted cream cold foam: In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and salt. Use an immersion blender to blend until thick and foamy, about 3 minutes.
  • Make the iced white mocha: Drizzle the caramel sauce down the sides of a 20-ounce glass. Add the white mocha syrup, espresso, milk, and ice. Top with the salted cream cold foam and drizzle with more caramel sauce.
