This cheese ball will keep for several days in the refrigerator. It's delicious! I've found it's especially popular at a party or get-together.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 cups chopped pecans, divided
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the pineapple, green pepper, onions, seasonings and 1/2 cup pecans. Place on a sheet of plastic wrap; shape into a ball. Refrigerate overnight. , Just before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining pecans. Serve with crackers.

1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced green onion
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided

Steps:

  • Whip cream cheese and gently stir in pineapple, bell pepper, onions, seasonings and 1/2 of the pecans.
  • Pat out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
  • Refrigerate overnight and roll in remaining pecans before serving.

1 large can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1-1/2 cups chopped red onion
2 cups pecans, finely chopped, reserve 1 cup
dash of pepper
2 tsp seasoning salt
Serve with Ritz and Triscuit Crackers

Steps:

  • Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1 cup of finely chopped pecans.
  • Chill.
  • Form into a ball and roll in reserved nuts.
