2 (6 ounce) cans tuna (I prefer in water)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 tablespoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
1 pickle, diced (I use Claussen) (optional)
1 hard-boiled egg, diced (optional)
4 slices American cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • Drain tuna and add together all ingredients (except cheese) in a medium sized bowl. Mix well.
  • Serving Suggestion: Create a tuna sandwich with american cheese, Cook in skillet, or George Foreman Grill until brown.

  • Drain the tuna: Open the can and hold it over the sink. Tilt the can and press on the lid to allow the water in the can to drain.

1 (5 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
⅓ cup dried cranberries
½ sweet apple, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 green onion, chopped
sea salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
4 cups chopped fresh spinach

Steps:

  • Mix tuna, cranberries, apple, mayonnaise, green onion, sea salt, and black pepper together in a bowl; refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Put 2 cups spinach on each of 2 plates. Top spinach with about half the tuna salad.
