PHILLY CHEESESTEAK BAGEL BITES RECIPE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400. Cut steak into small chunks. Heat oil in skillet over high heat, add steak and sear on high heat for 1-2 minutes then remove from pan. In the same pan, in the steak juices, add pepper and onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, then add mushrooms. Add steak back to skillet and season with salt and pepper. After all is mixed, remove skillet from heat and set aside. Place bagel slices on a baking sheet, then put about 2T of meat mixture on each bagel slice, top with a slice of cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400 until cheese is melted and bagel is crispy on the bottom. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add the strips of skirt steak. Season with salt & pepper and cook 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan.
- Add onion and bell peppers to the pan and cook until slightly soft. Remove from skillet.
- Place the tortilla in the pan and add a layer of cheese on half of the tortilla followed by the steak, peppers and onions. Top with more cheese and fold in half.
- Cook for 6 minutes over medium heat, flipping half way.
- Serve with cheese sauce and garnish fresh parsley.
- Enjoy!

- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook beef, breaking apart as little as possible, until browned and still the size of peas, 5 to 7 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir gently and remove mixture from pan.
- Melt butter in the skillet. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Return beef mixture to the skillet and stir to combine. Let filling cool while preparing the wrappers.
- Lay egg roll wrappers on a flat surface. Place 1/2 a slice of American cheese onto each. Add 3 tablespoons of the filling on top of each egg roll. Pull the bottom left corner over the filling and fold the two sides in, moistening edges with water as you go; roll tightly.
- Heat about 1 inch oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 3 to 4 egg rolls at a time and fry until browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Repeat with remaining egg rolls.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
- Cut zucchini in half, and scoop out the insides (repurpose for another dish). Place into baking dish.
- Season with olive oil, pepper, and salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Set aside.
- While zucchini is baking, season steak with pepper and salt and sauté on medium-high heat until steak is browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, season onions with pepper, salt, and olive oil and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add peppers and mushrooms, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Toss steak back into the cooked veggie and sauté for 1 minute.
- Distribute the steak and veggies among zucchini halves.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place a large skillet over medium-low heat, once hot, melt the butter and cook the onions and bell pepper until softened, stirring occasionally, 5-8 minutes. Add the garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, break it up, and brown the meat until there is no pink left. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning, mix in to combine, set to the side off the heat.
- Spray 8 sections of a muffin tin with baking spray, set aside. Cut the crescent dough into 8 equal squares. Press the dough into the greased muffin tin.
- Add one piece of cheese to the bottom of each piece of dough. Evenly spoon the meat mixture on top.
- Add another piece of cheese on top of the meat. Close the cups by folding over the corners on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Take out of the sections and garnish with scallions, optional.
