JUST PEACHY SANGRIA
I made this last year for my card group's Christmas luncheon. It was a big hit with all the ladies. Fresh strawberries and peaches were out of season so I opted for frozen...that worked just fine. I also put some seedless grapes in the freezer along with the pineapple chunks to use instead of ice cubes. Be sure ALL ingredients are cold before mixing in punch bowl or pitcher.

Steps:
- In a large pitcher or gallon jug, combine first five ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
- Just before serving, place frozen pineapple chunks, strawberries, sliced peaches in large punch bowl; add ginger ale. Float a few sprigs of fresh mint on top, if desired.
- I freeze additional pineapple chunks to replenish punch bowl. By using frozen pineapple, you avoid diluting your sangria.
PEACHY SANGRIA
During the spring, I won a Spa Diva Party for nine of my girlfriends & myself. It was such a blessing from God! This party was hosted by Michelle who owns a consignment shop. We got addt'l discounts for shopping along with a wonderful spread of food that was served with peach sangrias. We had mini facials & hand treatments too. My little Momma fell in love with this yummy drink so she wanted me to recreate it for her. She had a great time & enjoyed the entire evening & now has a new favorite summer drink. (I'll take a pic of my pink necklace & pink Talbot pants I bought for a great price!)

Steps:
- Take some of your Schnapps and freeze some of the grapes & raspberry's in with the Schnapps in ice trays. This way you don't water down your sangria.
- Chill your wine, pineapple juice, and the rest of the schnapps, peaches, soda and remaining fruit. Add one whole bottle of Moscato wine, 1/2 bottle of schnapps, pineapple juice, sliced peaches, fresh grapes & raspberries and one tray of frozen Schnapps with grapes and berries. Stir together and enjoy.
- Here are the 4 different kinds of wraps that were served along with a delicious soup. She also had a meat & cheese tray, hummus and crackers, a basket of chips and for dessert homemade pie crust cookies. Her sister owns a restaurant in Pennsylvania called Breakfast at Tiffany's. She did a fabulous job on making all the food.
- There was peach sangria, fresh brewed sweetened iced tea and chilled bottled waters served that night. We ate on these really cute trays pictured on the left.
- Every lady also got a decorated Diva Glass made by the owner of The Encore Consignment Shop. Isn't it just beautiful?! --We also got a few other goodies to take home too. A small tube of lip sugar scrub w/pad inside a cute margarita glass.

I love this recipe because it can be served on a warm spring or summer day. I enjoy making this drink when my girlfriends and I hang out and it is also light and fruity. I hope everyone tries this and enjoys it as much as I do.

Steps:
- Pour frozen peaches into a container and pour 1 cup of peach flavored rum. Let peaches soak in rum over night (the longer they sit the stronger they are). In the mean time, pour 2 bottles of arbor mist, peach verdi wine, and the other cup of rum into a 3 gallon pitcher or container of your choice these ingredients can stay refrigerated until you are ready to serve. Once you are ready to serve pour in the peaches with liquid and sparkling water and serve in chilled glasses and garnish with peaches.
- This recipe can be made non-alcoholic as well.
