1/2 cup olive oil
1 large onion
1 large green bell pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans tomato soup
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
ground pepper
1 lb spaghetti, broken up and cooked until almost tender
cayenne pepper
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Steps:

  • -In a large skillet combine oil, onion, green pepper. Saute for a little while and then add garlic and beef. Saute until all vege's are tender and beef is nearly brown.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and stir until spaghettii is well-blended. Place mixture into a lightly-greased 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 cups zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 cup onion, thinly sliced
1 cup bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 cup mushroom, sliced
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Combine soup, lemon juice, sugar, garlic and salt in large saucepan; mix well.
  • Add zucchini, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms; mix well.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
  • Cover and cook 20 - 25 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.

2 medium cucumbers, sliced
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (1 ounce) packets Italian salad dressing mix
2 loaves French bread, ready to bake- Pillsbury is nice
dill weed, to taste

Steps:

  • Bake the french bread according to the directions. Once baked, cut into 1 inch slices.
  • Mix the powdered italian dressing mix with the softened cream cheese and spread evenly over each slice of bread.
  • Place a slice of cucumber on top of each piece. Set a few sprigs of dill weed on top of the cucumber.

1 can (21 ounces) cherry or apple pie filling
1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup chopped walnuts, optional

Steps:

  • Place pie filling in a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker. Combine cake mix and butter (mixture will be crumbly); sprinkle over filling. Sprinkle with walnuts if desired. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Serve in bowls.

21 ounces cherry pie filling
18 ounces yellow cake mix
8 tablespoons margarine or 8 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • place one can of cherry pie filling in the bottom or a 9 x 13 cake pan (or can use a smaller pan) . In a large bowl, combine one yellow cake mix, and the melted margarine, (nothing else, just those two ingredients). Mix well, will be a little dry and crumbly. dot cake mixture on top of pie filling as evenly as possible. place in oven and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
  • This recipe can also be made in a crock pot on low for 2-3 hours.
