A rich cream bean dip full of flavor! Loads of cheese and a handful of jalapenos take this dip to the next level!

4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
16 ounces refried beans (canned)
½ package taco seasoning
4 ounces mild green chiles (diced and drained)
½ cup sour cream
2 green onions (divided)
¼ cup jalapenos (chopped, optional)
3 cups cheddar cheese (divided)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Slice green onions dividing the white and green portions. Set the green part aside.
  • Combine cream cheese, refried beans, taco seasoning and sour cream with a hand mixer on until fluffy.
  • Add the whites of the onions, jalapenos, chiles and 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
  • Spread into a 2qt (or 8x8) baking dish.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake 20-25 minutes or hot and cheese is melted.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

1 (9 ounce) can Frito-Lay bean dip
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or to taste)

Steps:

  • Mix well first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle Mozzerella Cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 in a 9X9 casserole dish. Serve with Fritos.

1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
5 slices bottled jalapenos (nacho slices)
1 tablespoon brine, from bottled jalapeno slices
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Combine refried beans with the other ingredients in a food processor.
  • Puree ingredients on high speed until smooth.
  • Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.
