PARMESAN TURKEY BURGERS
This is a quick and easy way to add an extra kick to the traditional turkey burger. My husband used to not care for turkey burgers, but whenever I make these he asks for seconds!

Steps:
- Mix turkey, parmesan, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Form patties and sprinkle with the dash of garlic powder.
- Cook on the stove at medium low - medium heat.
- For jalapeno lovers (like myself) - mixing diced jalapenos (jarred) into the turkey adds a great kick and, as my mom would say, really "jazzes it up"!
GRILLED PARMESAN-TURKEY BURGERS

- Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except buns and onions. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Carefully brush vegetable oil on grill rack. Place patties on grill rack over medium heat. Cover grill; cook patties 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°F. Add buns, cut sides down, to side of grill for last 4 minutes of grilling. Serve patties on buns with grilled or raw onion rings.

TURKEY BURGERS RECIPE BY TASTY
These turkey burgers are super versatile! Serve on buns with all of the classic fixings, or sub in your own favorite flavors (sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and feta, anyone?). They also keep well in the fridge or freezer-make a double batch to keep on hand for easy protein to add to any meal!

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, panko, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix with your hands until just evenly incorporated.
- Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into 4 patties.
- Heat the canola oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the patties and cook, without moving, until browned, 3-4 minutes. Carefully flip the patties and continue cooking until the burgers are cooked through and golden brown, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), 3-4 minutes more.
- Serve the burgers on buns with ketchup, tomato, red onion, lettuce, and pickles, if desired.
- Enjoy!
