Steps:
- In a large bowl, whisk milk, orange juice concentrate and pudding mix 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream., Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours before serving.

FRUIT SALAD WITH HONEY AND ORANGE BLOSSOM WATER
Steps:
- Mix the orange juice, honey, and orange blossom water straight into a serving bowl. Wash or peel the fruits, core or remove pits, and drop the fruit in the bowl as you cut them up into pieces so that they do not have time to discolor.
- Leave in a cool place for an hour or longer before serving. Garnish with the mint leaves.
FRUIT SALAD WITH ORANGE-VANILLA SYRUP

Steps:
- Place the sugar, 1 cup water, orange zest, juice and vanilla bean in a small pan and stir to dissolve the sugar. Then bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes to thicken. Set aside to cool.
- Prepare all the fruit in a large bowl, pour the cooled syrup over the top and toss together. Decorate with mint leaves and chill until ready to serve.
