1 - 18 oz Orange Marmalade
1/3 Cup - Sriracha Sauce
1/3 Cup - Honey
1/3 Cup - Brown Sugar

Steps:

  • Combine all sauce pan and heat over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and remove from heat. Grill wings indirect at 350º for 20-30 or until golden brown. Then dip the wings in the sauce, then place back on the grill and continue to cook 10 minutes and repeat one or two more times. Candy glaze look when done.

2 pounds chicken wing pieces, drumettes and flats
½ cup orange marmalade
¼ cup sweet chili sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Set a wire rack inside a large foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; arrange chicken wings on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until wings are no longer pink at the bone and the skin is crispy, 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Mix orange marmalade and chili sauce in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Add cooked wings to marmalade-chili sauce and toss until well coated. Plate wings and pour extra sauce on top.

1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/2 cup Sriracha chili sauce
1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
1 tablespoon grated lime zest
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 pounds chicken wingettes and drumettes

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first 14 ingredients. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight., Preheat oven to 375°. Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Transfer chicken to two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake 35-45 minutes or until juices run clear.

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup whole-grain mustard
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 scallion, thinly sliced, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season wings with salt and pepper, toss with oil, and arrange in a single layer on a parchment‐lined rimmed baking sheet. Roast, flipping once, until golden and cooked through, about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together marmalade, mustards, and cayenne.
