PORK CHOP CASSEROLE
Pork Chop Casserole is an incredibly easy dinner that the whole family will enjoy. Tender pork chops smothered in a creamy seasoned sauce and topped with crispy French's fried onions--serve with rice, noodles, potatoes, or vegetables for a well-rounded meal.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper, then place in an even layer in a glass baking dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Add 1 cup of the fried onions, reserving the remaining onions for topping the casserole.
- Spread the creamy onion mixture over top of the pork chops and then sprinkle the remaining fried onions over the top.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350F degrees. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Cool slightly before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, water and mushrooms.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the pork chops on each side. Transfer chops to a 9x9 inch baking dish, and cover with the mushroom soup mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until internal pork temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

MY PORK CHOP CASSEROLE- DELISH!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to350 degree F. Rinse pork chops and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle both sides with season salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- 2. Brown chops on both sides in bacon grease if you have any on hand - if not use whatever oil is available. Set aside.
- 3. In a skillet with about 1 1/2 tablespoons bacon fat, saute onion, peppers and garlic until tender. Set aside.
- 4. In a large bowl, add potatoes, celery soup, chicken soup, 3/4 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp pepper, pepper mixture, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk and cream. Stir until well combined.
- 5. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread potato mixture, evenly into the prepared dish.
- 6. Place browned chops atop the potatoes.
- 7. Cover dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until chops are done.
- 8. Remove foil and sprinkle the top of chops with french fried onions and remaining cheese. Place back into the oven for another 5 - 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions begin to brown. Season to taste and serve immediately.
