This was a family favorite after a big Sunday dinner. What is great is that this casserole can be modified depending on the amount of leftovers you have.

Steps:
- Dice roast beef into cubes.
- Mix with gravy and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add mushrooms.
- Place in bottom of casserole.
- Mix half cup cheese into leftover potatoes.
- Place potatoes on top of casserole and sprinkle remaining cheese over casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Steps:
- Coat a large fry pan with olive oil. Add garlic and shallots. Season beef with S&P Add Beef and brown with a pad of butter. Add some droppings of sesame oil. Add Tashmari sauce so saucy Add veggies Add dashes of spices. Add honey. Add purple basil I simmered this on low/med while rice was cooking, about 30 min.
