A friend shared this recipe with me, and it is by far the best fudge recipe I've ever tried. This fudge is too good to only make at Christmas!

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
½ cup butter
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
12 ounces peanut butter
⅔ cup all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, set aside.
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil, and cook 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in the marshmallow creme and peanut butter. Gradually stir in the flour. Spread into the prepared pan, and let cool.

This is the best recipe for creamy and delicious peanut butter fudge I have ever used. It is great for sharing at work.

½ cup butter
1 (16 ounce) package brown sugar
½ cup milk
¾ cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ½ cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into an 8x8 inch dish. Chill until firm and cut into squares.

My mom made this fudge every Christmas. It was a real treat for me. I could not wait for her to make it.

2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 tablespoons peanut butter

Steps:

  • Cook sugar, milk and butter to a soft ball stage.
  • Add salt, vanilla and peanut butter and beat until smooth.
  • Then pour into a 8x8 square baking dish and chill until firm.

Double layer fudge that Mom used to make. A layer of peanut butter fudge topped with a layer of chocolate fudge. Awesome!

3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
6 ounces chocolate chips
7 ounces marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter

Steps:

  • Stir 1 ½ cups sugar, 6 T of butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil while stirring constantly for 4 minutes over medium heat.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and 1 cup of the marshmallow cream and ½ teaspoons vanilla. Spread in 9x13 pan.
  • Repeat with remaining 1 ½ cups sugar, 6 T of butter, and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and stir in peanut butter, marshmallow cream and ½ teaspoons of vanilla.
  • Spread over chocolate layer until set then cut into pieces.

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Combine sugars, milk, and cocoa in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 238 degrees, soft ball stage.
  • Remove from heat, add peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Stir until melted. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool completely. Cut into 1 inch squares.
