¼ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
¾ cup almond milk

Steps:

  • Stir oats, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, and almond milk together in a covered jar or container. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
