MMM-MMM BETTER BROWNIES
I personally think these are the best brownies in the world. Try them, I think you'll agree! To make the brownies rich and buttery, use melted butter instead of the vegetable oil.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the egg mixture until well blended. Stir in walnuts, if desired. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

A friend of mine in an online game passed me this recipe and it is soo good and delicious the kids ask me to make them nearly every day! I always wind up having to make a double batch otherwise they'd all be gone in a day!!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9 pan. I usually use the butter/margarine wrapper for this. DO NOT FLOUR THE PAN.
- 2. Cream together oil/butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
- 3. Slowly add in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and mix til well blended and smooth.
- 4. Spread evenly in pan and let bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges pull apart from pan. Cool on wire rack before cutting into squares.
- 5. NOTES FOR TOASTER OVEN COOKING!! Same oven temperature of 350 degrees F BUT it takes around 40-50 minutes to finish cooking!
