MIRACLE MACARONI SALAD
This recipe sounds different, but I assure you it is delicious! My mother takes this to potlucks and brings the bowl home empty.

Steps:
- Add cooked macaroni to bowl and add veggies.
- In a blender or processor add whole jar of miracle whip, whole can of evaporated milk.
- Fill empty milk can with apple cider vinager, pour into processor, then fill can with sugar adding to the processor as well.
- Mix until smooth, and pour over macaroni.
- Stir thoroughly, and place in fridge.
- Best if served next day, but, could serve an hour later.

AMISH MACARONI SALAD
A colorful and flavorful macaroni salad made with hard cooked eggs, bell pepper and celery in a creamy dressing. Best macaroni salad I have ever had. I always get many requests for recipe. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until tender. Drain, and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, onion, celery, red pepper, and relish. In a small bowl, stir together the salad dressing, mustard, white sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed. Pour over the vegetables, and stir in macaroni until well blended. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

MIRACULOUS MACARONI SALAD
I have been making this salad for a number of years. Family members and friends request it often.

Steps:
- Peel the eggs and put the egg yolks from 5 of the eggs in a bowl. Mash with fork add the rest of the ingredients except the macaroni.
- Put the macaroni in larger bowl and add the egg mixture and the chopped egg whites from 5 of the eggs. Mix gently.
- Slice the extra egg and put on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Enjoy !!
