1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 cups mini marshmallows
Graham crackers, broken into squares, for serving

Steps:

  • Place an oven rack in the top position and preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. While the oven heats, put a 10-inch cast-iron or stainless-steel skillet in to heat.
  • Carefully remove the hot skillet and sprinkle the chocolate and butterscotch chips in the bottom. Drizzle the cream over the top and then top with the marshmallows in an even layer. Set the skillet on the top oven rack and bake until the marshmallows are molten and golden on top, 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Serve (carefully, the pan will be very hot) with graham crackers for dipping.

1 pound cream cheese, softened
One 14-ounce jar marshmallow cream
Five 1.86-ounce chocolate, peanut and caramel candy bars, such as Snickers, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
4 graham crackers, crushed
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/3 cup chopped honey roasted peanuts
1/4 cup chocolate fudge topping, warmed
1/4 cup caramel topping, warmed
Graham crackers, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Coat a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Stir together the cream cheese and marshmallow cream in a large bowl until well combined. Spoon one-third of the cream cheese mixture into the skillet and spread into an even layer. Top with half the candy bar pieces, one-third of the crushed graham crackers and one-third of the marshmallows.
  • Spoon half of the remaining cream cheese mixture over the marshmallows and spread into an even layer. Top with the remaining candy bar pieces, half of the remaining crushed graham crackers and half of the remaining marshmallows. Spoon the remaining cream cheese mixture over the marshmallows and spread into an even layer. Top with the remaining marshmallows and crushed graham crackers. Sprinkle with the peanuts.
  • Place the skillet on the grill and close the lid. Cook until the center of the mixture is hot and gooey, about 20 minutes. Drizzle with the chocolate fudge and caramel toppings and serve with graham crackers.

We camp often and my kids always want s'mores even when we are not camping. An easy, extremely quick, portion-controlled way of making s'mores.

4 graham cracker squares
1 milk chocolate candy bar (such as Hershey's®), broken into 4 pieces
2 large marshmallows, halved

Steps:

  • Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
  • Place 1 graham cracker square in each of 4 miniature cast iron skillets. Top each graham cracker square with 1 piece of chocolate, and 1/2 marshmallow.
  • Place skillets in the preheated oven and cook until marshmallows begin to brown, about 3 minutes.
  • Remove miniature skillets from oven and gently press marshmallows into chocolate with a spatula.
