1 mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 bananas, peeled and chopped
8 large strawberries
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 cups ice cubes
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup yogurt, optional

Steps:

  • In a blender combine half of each ingredient, including: mango, bananas, strawberries, carrots, ice cubes, honey and yogurt and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Repeat process for remaining ingredients.
