MEAT LOAF
Nothing says classic comfort like Ina Garten's Meatloaf recipe from Barefoot Contessa on Food Network.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium saute pan. Add the onions, thyme, salt, and pepper and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes, until the onions are translucent but not brown. Off the heat, add the Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, onion mixture, bread crumbs, and eggs, and mix lightly with a fork. Don't mash or the meat loaf will be dense. Shape the mixture into a rectangular loaf on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Spread the ketchup evenly on top. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F and the meat loaf is cooked through. (A pan of hot water in the oven, under the meat loaf, will keep the top from cracking.) Serve hot.
MEAT LOAF MADNESS
Their are a lot of meatloaf recipes out there to choose from and everyone has a certain taste they like. This is the way I like mine. You can be creative with the middle, you could also use mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese. I love this and now I no longer want anything else. Hope u like my creation.

- 1. The first thing you should do is make your stuffing, You can use stovetop herbal or create your own. Then let it cool and set it aside.
- 2. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. Turn on oven to preheat to 350* while you are putting it together. Spray the 9*13 pan with cooking spray on bottom.
- 3. Put half of meat mixture in pan and shape to your desire, and flatten, now add your stuffing and put the remaining meat mixture on top of that and form it together. Put your slices of bacon on top with toothpicks to hold down on top.
- 4. You are down an your oven is ready so put in uncovered for 1 1/2 hours or less pending on your oven. Once cooked pull out and let rest for 5 minutes, now slice and serve.
MEATLOAF MADNESS
A juicy meatloaf with more flavor than you can imagine. I have yet to have made one like this that didn't melt in a person's mouth. You will need a cooking bag.

- Combine all food ingredients into large bowl; mix well with clean hands or plastic gloves.
- Place meat combination into cooking bag.
- Form bagged contents into a loaf and place in casserole dish; tie bag.
- Cook for 50 minutes to one hour at 425 degrees.
- Carefully cut bag down the center and top with ketchup, cook an additional 10 minutes if needed.
- Meatloaf is done when cooked through, do not over cook. The bag will keep the juices and flavors inches Best served with mash potatoes, Velveeta Mac & Cheese shells and biscuit or buttery crescent roll.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix Meatloaf ingredients well. Press mixture in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup evenly over top. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
