1 large egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1/2 c vegetable oil

Steps:

  • 1. In your blender add all ingredients except vegetable oil. Blend until combined.
  • 2. On high speed, drizzle oil by tablespoons into blender until you have used all of the oil. Blend 30 seconds longer.
  • 3. Spoon into container and refrigerate 30 minutes before using. Enjoy your super easy and economical spread!

With just two simple ingredients, this Whipped Feta Cheese recipe is a creamy, tangy spread that you're going to want to slather on everything.

8 oz feta cheese (226 g)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (226 g)
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (15 mL)
Optional Add-Ins: garlic, fresh or dried herbs

Steps:

  • Prep: Allow yogurt and feta to come to room temperature - this will help it to whip up ultra-smooth!
  • Whip: Blitz feta, yogurt, and oil in a food processor until smooth and fluffy, about 1 to 2 minutes, pushing mixture back into blades with a rubber spatula as needed. Stir in any add-ins desired and serve.

90 g butter, melted
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons citric acid
1/2 cup water

Steps:

  • Dissolve the citric acid and the water in a microwave proof bowl.
  • Beat together sugar, eggs and citric acid in water.Stir in the melted butter. Mix well.
  • Cook on high, stirring well ever 30 seconds until mixture thickens (about 3minutes). Makes about 2 cups.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
