3 tablespoons non-hydrogenated margarine, divided
1 onion, chopped
⅓ cup flour
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 ½ cups milk
1 ½ cups CRACKER BARREL Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese, divided
⅓ cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese, divided
½ cup panko bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Cook cauliflower in boiling water in large saucepan 4 minutes; drain well.
  • Melt 2 Tbsp. margarine in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in flour and mustard; cook and stir 1 minute. Whisk in milk; cook 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add 1-1/4 cups Cheddar and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan; stir until Cheddar is melted. Add cauliflower; stir to evenly coat. Spoon into 2.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Microwave remaining margarine in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or until melted. Stir in bread crumbs and remaining Parmesan; sprinkle over cauliflower mixture.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through, topping with remaining Cheddar for the last 5 minutes.

3/4 cup water

1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Prepare Dinner as directed on package. While Macaroni is cooking, brown meat in skillet; drain. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.

½ cup butter
⅜ cup all-purpose flour
6 cups milk
1 ½ pounds shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
¾ cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes; drain.
  • Melt 1/2 cup butter in a large pot over medium heat; stir flour into butter until smooth. Stream milk into the butter mixture while stirring; bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low. Add Cheddar cheese in small batches, stirring each into the milk mixture and melting until adding the next. Add macaroni and stir to coat. Pour macaroni into prepared baking dish.

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a large casserole dish.

1 lb pasta of your choice
6 Tbsp butter, divided
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
3 c milk
1/2 c onion, finely minced
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 c aged cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 c flat leaf parsley, chopped
1/2 c panko bread crumbs
2 c broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets

Steps:

  • 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding the broccoli florets 2 minutes before draining. Drain all and set aside.
  • 2. Melt 3 Tbsp. butter. Add flour and whisk over medium heat. Pour in milk slowly, whisking well until incorporated and smooth (it will be thick at first). Add minced onion, cayenne pepper, white pepper and salt. Gradually add cheddar and half of the Parmesan cheese, whisking until incorporated.
  • 3. Add pasta and broccoli to cheese sauce. Pour into casserole dish. Mix together remaining cheese, breadcrumbs, remaining butter (melted), and parsley. Top the pasta mixture with this mixture.
  • 4. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350º oven for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

12 oz. small curd cottage cheese

  • Melt butter, saute onion till softened, add flour to make rue. Add milk 1/2 cup at a time while stirring and add sliced cheese slowly to make a rich thick cheese sauce. Fold in chilies, Sambal, pimentos, bacon, and cottage cheese, stirring gently till just mixed. Layer macaroni then sauce in a 9x13 baking dish and bake 45 minutes or until sauce is mostly absorbed. Cool to desired temperature, cut in squares and serve.
