Steps:
- Preheat oven at 350°.
- Prepare pan a 8 x 4x 2-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, baking powder & cocoa.
- In another mixing bowl, combine zucchini, sour cream & egg white.
- Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 60 minutes.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, beat the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Combine the flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder; gradually beat into sugar mixture until blended. Stir in zucchini. Transfer to 2 greased 8x4-in. loaf pans., Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.

LOW FAT/SUGAR CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD
A traditional chocolate zucchini bread with 2/3 less fat , half the sugar and made with whole wheat flour. The bread is moist and full of flavor, tender and no after taste at all. My eight year old could not tell the difference!

- 1. In a mixing bowl beat the eggs, pumpkin, oil, sugar and slenda.
- 2. Stir in zucchini.
- 3. Combine all dry ingridients and mix well.
- 4. Add nuts and chocolate chips.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a sprayed loaf pan for one hour or until a knife comes out clean.
