No-Bake Skinny Key Lime Pie image

This No-Bake Skinny Key Lime Pie is easy to make and much lower in calories than traditional key lime pie! This pie makes a delicious and satisfying lime dessert!

1/4 cup water
1 small box sugar-free lime jello, 4-serving box (0.3 oz)
2 containers (6 oz) key lime yogurt
8 oz light cool whip, thawed
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
2 limes, optional, for garnish

Steps:

  • Microwave 1/4 cup of water for about 1 minute until boiling. Whisk the lime jello powder into the boiling water until completely dissolved.
  • Whisk the yogurt into the lime jello until well combined.
  • Fold in the cool whip until the filling is smooth.
  • Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth over the top. Refrigerate pie for at least 4 hours until set.
  • Optional: garnish pie with lime zest and lime twists

1 (3 ounce) package fat free sugar-free gelatin mix, any flavor
ice cube
1/2 cup water
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Free, thawed, divided
1 (6 ounce) reduced fat graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in a large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup.
  • Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
  • Add 2 cups of the whipped topping; stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
  • Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  • Top with remaining topping just brfore serving.
  • Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
  • Garnish pie with cut-up fruit of your choice.

  • Arrange strawberries in crust pan in single layer (if you are not mixing in with pudding/jello mixture).
  • Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.

1/2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2/3 cup shortening
1 tablespoon flour
5 -6 tablespoons cold water
1 1/2 tablespoons fat-free margarine
6 -7 medium apples, pared, cored, and sliced

Steps:

  • Crust: Mix flour, salt, and shortening until crumbly. Add cold water 1 tbsp at a time until it forms a ball. Roll out 1/2 mix to line a 9 inch pie pan.
  • Filling: Mix sugar, cinnamon, and flour together. Pour over apples. COver with top crust and bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees F, then continue baking 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
