16 ounces spaghetti (cooked)
¼ cup fresh parsley
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
⅓ cup fresh parmesan cheese (shredded )
1 pound ground beef (or italian sausage)
1 small onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 green pepper (diced)
32 ounces pasta sauce
14.5 ounces diced tomatoes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Brown meat, onion, garlic, seasoning and green pepper over medium heat making sure to break up the meat very well. (Drain any fat if needed).
  • Add pasta sauce, Italian seasoning and tomatoes to meat. Simmer 5-10 minutes uncovered. Stir in spaghetti and parsley.
  • Spread into a 9x13 pan, top with cheeses and bake 25-30 minutes or until hot and cheese is browned and bubbly. Cut into squares to serve.

Number Of Ingredients 15

16 ounces pasta (Rigatoni or Penne or any tube shaped pasta)
52 ounces of your favorite canned tomato sauce (2 x 26 oz cans)
1/8 cup water
1/8 cup half-and-half or 1/8 cup milk
1/4 cup onion, diced
6 hot dogs, sliced or 6 equal amount kielbasa, cut in half and sliced
1/4 cup shredded cheese (e.g cheddar, mixed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
butter
4 slices bread
salt
pepper
basil
oregano
instant broth

Steps:

  • Dice onion and saute in 1 tbs olive oil in a pot, large enough to also boil the pasta inches.
  • Ad uncooked pasta, tomato sauce, water and half and half.
  • Season with salt, pepper, basil, oregano and some instant broth to taste.
  • Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir frequently.
  • While pasta and tomato sauce cook, slice hot dogs into 1/4 inch slices and saute in some butter until browned on both sides and ad too the pasta/sauce mix, continue to cook until pasta reaches preferred consistency. If necessary, ad some more liquid (e.g. water, half and half) should pasta absorbs too much sauce.
  • Right before serving, stir in shredded cheese.
  • Serve with buttered slices of bread.
  • The dish should have the overall texture of a baked casserole: thick, the sauce will be mostly absorbed by the pasta. Leftovers heat up great in the micro wave the next day.

5 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1-1/3 cups milk
8 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
TOPPING:
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
1-1/2 teaspoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, garlic salt and onion salt until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat. Add the cheese, stirring until melted. Stir in the noodles. , Transfer to a greased shallow 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. 1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
400g can cherry or chopped tomatoes
pinch sugar
few dashes Worcestershire sauce
100g rigatoni or other tube-shaped pasta
50g gruyère or cheddar, grated
hunk of baguette or sliced bread, coarsely grated
2 frankfurters, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a medium pan and fry the onion for 5 mins until softened and lightly golden. Stir in the garlic and cook for a further min. Mix in the tomatoes and sugar, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins. Add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and season to taste. This basic sauce can now be chilled or frozen, see recipe intro.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to pack instructions. Heat the grill to high. Mix together the cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce. Tip in the frankfurters and spoon into a heatproof dish. Scatter over the cheesy crumbs and grill for 3-5 mins or until bubbling hot and golden. Serve with a simple salad.

1 Cup White Mushrooms, (sliced)
1 Cup White Onion, (diced)

1 Teaspoon Italian Seasonings

Steps:

  • First, preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. and cook the pasta noodles al dente per the instructions on the box. Drain the noodles of excess water and set them aside for later.
  • Next, in a skillet over medium heat, saute the ham, onions, mushrooms, and for about three to five minutes. Then add the wine, garlic, and Italian seasonings, and let everything cook for an additional two minutes.
  • Afterward, remove the pan from the heat and add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Then, pour your favorite pasta sauce over the noodles. Make to stir everything together, coating all the pasta in the sauce.
  • Transfer the pasta bake to a large, oven-safe skillet or 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese and sauce begin to boil.

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and reserve.

1 lb swiss cheese or 1 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook rigatoni according to package directions until al dente; drain.
  • Combine tomato sauce with seasonings, and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minuntes.
  • Add sauce to pasta and toss to coat.
