LORI'S FAVORITE PASTA SALAD
I had a salad similar to this at my favorite restaurant and loved it, I played around with ingredients until I got the taste I wanted. I've added chopped grilled chicken or chopped salami, but I prefer it without any meat.

LORI'S FAMOUS MACARONI SALAD
Once again my husband combined a couple of recipes to come up with this wonderful salad. Whenever the volunteer fire department has an event, my husband is always asked to bring the macaroni salad. I have to admit it, this salad is better than my mom's or even my grandma's! You have to try this!

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add macaroni, and cook until tender. Rinse under cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, stir together the onion, cucumber and tomatoes. Mix in the mayonnaise, condensed milk, sugar and vinegar. Add the macaroni, toss gently, cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. We usually make this a day ahead of time. Stir occasionally. The macaroni will absorb some of the liquid.
