LITTLE CHEDDAR MEATLOAVES
These were really cute and my family enjoyed having their own mini meatloaf. The recipe has a really good contrast of savory meatloaf and sweet glaze. And of course, the cheese added to these little loaves is a nice touch.

Steps:
- 1. Mix egg and milk together and beat in bowl. Mix all ingredients and form 8 small loaves. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard, and pour over each meat loaf. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

- In bowl beat egg and milk. Stir in cheese, oats, onions, and salt. Add ground beef and mix well.
- Shape into small loaves. Place in baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 min.
- Topping: in bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Mix until smooth. Spoon over loaves.
