Steps:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash. Mix in butter (you can add some milk as well to make it easier when spreading). Season with salt and pepper to taste; set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C.).
- Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add onion and cook until clear. Add ground beef and cook until well browned. Pour off excess fat, then stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Add ketchup and beef broth, veggies, garlic powder, ketchup and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the ground beef mixture in an even layer on the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Next top with the mashed potato mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Steps:
- 1. Peal and cut potatoes and boil to make your mashed taters . I add about 2-3 fresh cloves of garlic to mine as well.
- 2. While your potatoes are cooking, In a frying pan brown beef and pork with onion till no longer pink and cooked. Add some garlic powder salt and pepper to meat mixture. Add your beef broth and mushrooms simmer for about 5 min.
- 3. Then use about to heaping teaspoon of corn starch with some water, make a paste and thicken your meat mixture.
- 4. For your taters, make your mashed taters as you normally would, I use milk and butter then add some parsley, salt and pepper to my taters
- 5. In a 9x13 greased pan add your meat mixture, then your 1/2 bag of veggies, put your mashed taters on top and sprinkle with paprika. When ready to Bake, Bake @ 350 for about 35-45 min or till nice and golden brown around the edges ~Enjoy~ I serve it with a salad
