Steps:
- Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
- Add cream cheese; blend well.
- Add nuts, celery, and pineapple.
- In a seperate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold jello mixture through cream.
- Place in jello mold and chill overnight.
- Unmold and serve sliced.

- For first layer, prepare 1 package of Jello according to directions; pour into mold and chill until set.
- For 2nd layer, whip cream cheese with a few drops of milk.
- Drain pineapple well, reserving juice.
- Mix pineapple into cream cheese.
- Prepare Jello using 1 cup of water and 1 cup pineapple juice; fold into cheese mixture.
- Pour into mold over first layer. Chill until well set.

My grandmother made this for every holiday. I called it "green goop" but my family loved it.

Steps:
- 1. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cheese, milk and juice from pineapple. Using electric beater, beat until creamy. Refrigerate until jelled in same bowl. Mix in pineapple. Place nuts first in Tupperware fluted mold then add Jello mixture and return to refrigerator until firm.
LIME ICE CREAM JELLO MOLD
This is a recipe that I got from a co-worker in 1967. I loved it and so did Peter Pan. I used to use Eskimo Pies, but now I use dark chocolate Klondike Bars. Cook time is chil time.

- In a large bowl dissolve Jell-o in boiling water,.
- Add cold water and chill until the consistency of thick egg whites.
- Beat with electric mixer until smooth and thick.
- Add whole popsicle one at a time and beat until smooth.
- Pour into mold that has been lightly sprayed with Pam or into glass bowl.

This is my great-grandmother's recipe. It has been a favorite in the extended family for as long as I can remember. I think this would also be good with orange or lemon Jello.

- 1. Add Jello and cream cheese to a non-metal bowl. Pour boiling water over this. Beat on medium speed until creamy and well combined.
- 2. Fold in pineapple (with juice) and nuts.
- 3. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours.
LIME JELLO MOLD

- Make jello; 1 small lime jello- add 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup marshmellow creme. Chill until syrupy. In large bowl mix 1 small softened cream cheese and 1 small can drained crushed pineapple, set aside. When jello is syrupy mix in cream cheese mixture. Fold in pecans and whipped cream. Chill till set.
