1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
⅓ cup chopped onion
2 (16 ounce) packages little wieners

Steps:

  • Stir together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and wieners in the bowl of a slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 2 hours, or until ready to serve.

1 cup ketchup
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar

Steps:

  • Place ketchup, bbq sauce and brown sugar in crock-pot and stir.
  • Add in lil smokies and stir again.
  • Cook in crock-pot on low for 2 hours.
  • *I usually double or triple this recipe, depending on how many people are coming over. There are never any left over no matter how many I make.

This is our family's Christmas Eve buffet favorite. The best thing about this recipe is that you can make it ahead and freeze them, them thaw that morning and heat them up in the crock pot.

1 cup jellied cranberry sauce (not jelly)
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 (5 1/2 ounce) packages Little Smokies sausages
4 teaspoons cornstarch
4 teaspoons cold water

Steps:

  • In large pan over medium heat, cook first four ingredients, stirring, until cranberry sauce melts and becomes smooth.
  • Add wieners and heat through.
  • Mix cornstarch with just enough cold water to dissolve, then add to pot and heat to boiling.
