HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
Our creamy ham and noodle bake is a comforting casserole recipe that you can put together in a snap. This is a classic family casserole recipe that I make over and over throughout the year.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan cook noodles according to package directions to al dente. Drain noodles and return to the pan. Stir in the ham, chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and the pepper; stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to the 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the 2 cups cheese over the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley, optional.

EASY HAM AND NOODLES
Great for leftover ham. This is easy to make with ingredients you probably already have in the kitchen. Try adding peas or other vegetables, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place the noodles, ham, cheese, soup and milk in a 9x9 inch casserole dish and mix well.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole.
- Bring water to a full rolling boil in a pot.. Cook the egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes; remove from heat, cover, and let stand until the noodles are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
- Stir the noodles, onion, sour cream, chicken soup, ham, and Swiss cheese together in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into the prepared casserole. Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbling and the bread crumbs have browned, about 40 minutes.

- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the ham, cheese, soup, milk, onion, 1 teaspoon butter, poppy seeds and seasonings. Drain noodles; add to ham mixture., Transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine bread crumbs and remaining butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
