- Add sausage and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until sausage is heated through (6 to 8 minutes).
- Stir in cheese and serve.

Adaptation of the original recipe from Food.com and tweeked it a bit. I added green and red peppers, minced garlic and used fresh potatoes. YUM! (Original recipe called for o'brien frozen potatoes)

- 4. Stir in cheese and serve.
