" KELLY'S CREAMY CHEDDAR PEA SALAD"
I'm not a big fan of peas, but like them IN things. This salad is one of my favorites. Happy to share!

Steps:
- In large bowl, combine mayo, relish, sugar, seas. salt and mustard. Gently fold in rest of ingredients adding peas last so they don't get broken up and mushy. (Add more mayo if needed.) Chill.
- If you like it *EXTRA* creamy, double the sauce.

My Grams used to make this often when I was growing up. I just loved it and still do! Hubby requests this a lot and so does the picky daughter! It's so simple, yet tastes so good. Especially on hot summer evenings.

- Place each pear half on salad plate with pit side up.
- Place 1 tablespoon mayonnaise in each pear half, then sprinkle each with cheese.
- Serve chilled.

KAY'S PEAR SALAD STUFFED WITH NUTTY CREAM CHEESE
A wonderful fruit salad surely to please all family members.

- Mix together the cream cheese and pecans. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Blend together the mayonnaise and cherry syrup. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on individual plates. Place a pear half on lettuce.
- Place a round ball of cream cheese mixture in the pear half. Top with a spoonful of mayonnaise mixture and place one maraschino cherry on top.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
