CROCK POT SWEET CORN SPOON BREAD
This Crock Pot Sweet Corn Spoon Bread recipe is made with Jiffy corn muffin mix, canned sweet corn and is one of the best holiday side dishes!

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
- Spray 4-quart casserole crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. Pour batter into the prepared slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Then serve!

Steps:
- 1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Spray 3.5 qt crockpot with PAM or use liner. Cover and cook on high 3 hours, or low 6 hours. It's often done early, so keep checking on it. Serve and enjoy.
- 2. To make in the oven: Oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9x13 with PAM. Bake 35-45 min until baked or until center is set and not jiggly.
- 3. I made 10.30.20, omitted the honey and baked in oven. Took 55 min
