MEXICAN STYLE CROCK POT PORK CHOPS
Mexican Style Crock Pot Pork Chops are a slowed cooked pork chop recipe in an easy 3 ingredient green chili sauce. Try serving over rice to absorb all the extra southwest flavor.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, mix salsa verde, green enchilada sauce and cream of chicken until smooth.
- Line crock pot insert with a liner or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange pork chops in bottom of insert, pour sauce over top. Add another layer of chops and more sauce, continue until the all the chops are in the insert and be sure the top is completely covered with the green sauce.
- Cook on high for 1.5 hours or low for 3-4 hours.
- Serve over rice if desired.

Steps:
- In a 4 quart slow cooker, mix together the pork, salsa, and green chilies.
- Cover and cook on low heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or until pork is tender.
- Stir in black beans.
- Turn slow cooker to high and cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until beans are heated.
- Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.

Get your Crock pots on. This is a easy recipe I made today for a quick crock pot meal and my Mexican fix. I used the high setting because I was home and wanted to cook it in a hurry. It also may depend on the type of crock pot you are cooking in.

- 1. Prepare the pork chops, sprinkle witht the sea salt on both sides. Then rub in one tsp. of taco seasonning on each side well.
- 2. place in the crock pot the 2 cups of rice add the broth and salasa and 2 cups of red beans. I gave my a stir.
- 3. Place the pork chops on top and place the lid on the crock pot.
- 4. I set my crock pot on high and it only took 1hr 30 minutes till done.
- 5. Place a serving of rice and beans on the plate, then lay the pork chop on top. Heat the enchilada sauce and pour the amount you like over the pork chop and rice mixture. Pour some hot melted mexican dip over that and serve with some refried beans and mexican salad with sour cream and quacamole
