Steps:
- Whisk mayonnaise, sugar, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice, horseradish, onion powder, dry mustard, celery salt, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl, stirring to dissolve sugar. Fold coleslaw mix into dressing. Cover bowl and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

HORSERADISH COLESLAW WITH APPLES
This was a recipe that was given to me by my sister but I made some modifications. If you like your slaw tangy with a bit of a bite, and a little bit sweet, this recipe is for you.

Steps:
- In small bowl, pour lemon juice over apples.
- In another bowl, combine slaw mix with green onions.
- Toss these together.
- In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, sugar salt and pepper. Make sure sugar is dissolved.
- Pour vinegar mixture over apples and cabbage mixture, cover and refrigerate for 30 minute.
- In another bowl, combine, mayo, sour cream, horseradish and mustard.
- After 30 minutes, toss with cabbage mixture.
- Refrigerate before serving.

- Combine cabbage, carrots, and celery in a large bowl. Whisk vinegar sugar, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl; pour over cabbage and stir until well coated. Refrigerate cabbage mixture for 15 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise, horseradish, and mustard together in a bowl; stir into cabbage mixture. Add parsley, celery seed, onion powder, and mustard; mix well. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.

If you are a horseradish lover then you will love this coleslaw --- plan ahead this needs to chill for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight and all ingredients may be adjusted to taste --- this is *very* good!
