CRANBERRY JALAPENO TURKEY BURGERS OR MEATBALLS
I usually grill these burgers but you can broil or panfry. I have also made this into meatballs and used as appetizers. I used Kittencal's Cranberry-Ginger Garlic Meatball Sauce for the sauce on these. But you can use whatever sauce you like. They were a big hit. Kind of a sweet/hot flavor.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix together the first 8 ingredients (turkey - pepper). If the turkey mixture is too wet, you can add in some more bread crumbs.
- Lay out wax paper for forming the patties. Scoop mixture out by 1/4 cup then adjust if necessary so you have 10 equal sized mounds.
- Form into 10 patties, with 5 of them being slightly larger than the others (to cover the filling).
- On five of the patties, spread one tsp of the Giuliano Jalapeno Spread then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Top with remaining 5 patties and press the edges to seal.
- Patties will be piled up in the middle, so press in the middle to flatten.
- Grill until cooked through (about 12-15 minutes).
JALAPENO-SWISS TURKEY BURGERS
These easy turkey burgers are extra juicy and loaded with flavor. I think the spicy jalapenos give it just the right level of heat, but feel free to adjust the amount to amp it up or tone it down. -Wanda Allende, Orlando, Florida

TURKEY BURGERS WITH JALAPENO CHEESE SAUCE
This is a lighter version of a tasty burger that people enjoyed at a place I once worked. I substituted the beef with turkey and used low-fat cheese, but the results are tastier than the original crowd-pleaser. -Vicki Schurk of Hamden, Connecticut
