LEMON PEPPER PORK CHOPS
I discovered this easy way to make moist, tender pork chops by accident. I haven't made my pork chops any other way since!

Steps:
- Season THAWED pork chops with Lemon pepper seasoning, rubbing into the meat on each side.
- You can season the meat as liberally as you would like.
- Heat the oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the pork chops and cook until golden and tender, about 6-10 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chops.
- Lemon Pepper seasoning is wonderful on pork chops and makes them VERY tender and moist.

LEMON-PEPPER LAMB CHOPS
I got this recipe from Cooking Pleasures magazine. I've never made lamb before this, and let me tell ya - I'm hooked. This recipe is so savory yet so easy to make! I serve this with roasted red potatoes (done with onion soup mix and dill) and my homeade Tzasiki Sauce (#291455).

- Combine garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, 1 tablespoon of the oil, lemon-pepper seasoning and marjoram in small bowl. Spoon over both sides of lamb chops. Marinate at room temperature 10 minutes or refrigerate up to 1 hour.
- Heat reamaining 1 teaspoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Cook lamb chops, in batches if necessary, 6 to 8 minutes or until pink in center for medium-rare, turning once.

GARLIC & LEMON BAKED PORK CHOPS
Nicely flavored moist chops. If you use a thinner chop, make sure you don't bake for the full length of time; check at 25 minutes. Refrigeration required prior to baking.

- Place pork chops and buttermilk in a zipper storage bag.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour, turning bag occasionally.
- Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil, or spray with no-stick cooking spray.
- In another zipper storage bag, or mixing bowl combine unseasoned breadcrumbs, basil, paprika, lemon pepper, and garlic salt.
- Remove pork chops from the buttermilk.
- Dip each pork chop in the crumb mixture and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Spray pork chops with cooking spray.
- Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 45 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink, and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

If you like fresh ground pepper, this is the recipe for you. These pork chops are tender and spicy. I found this recipe in our local newspaper. Cook time includes marinading.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag large enough to hold chops.
- Marinate pork in mixture 30 minutes.
- Prepare medium-hot coals in grill bed.
- Remove pork from marinade, place 5 inches over coals and grill for 12-15 minutes, turning once and basting with marinade.

- In a small bowl mix together first 7 ingredients. Pour marinade over chops and let marinade 20 min-1 hours.
- Preheat grill pan and grill to desired done-ness (I prefer mine med-rare which takes 3-4 minute on each side).
