5 lbs ground beef
5 lbs onions
4 large green bell peppers
1 stalk celery
1 (28 ounce) can kidney beans
1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
Tabasco sauce
chili powder

Steps:

  • Saute onions and brown ground beef.
  • Drain excess fat.
  • Add peppers, celery, kidney beans and tomato sauce.
  • Sprinkle tobasco sauce and chili powder to taste.
  • Simmer until done.
  • About 2-3 hours.

1 1/2 to 2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Chili seasoning (one packet)
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cans Hunt diced tomatoes w/ sweet onions
1 can Rotel Tomatoes ( mild or med)
1 can chili Beans
Tabasco (a few drops)
1 can red beans (drained, not rinsed)
1 can kidney beans (drained, not rinsed)
1 can chopped green chilis
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Jack Daniels whiskey

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef in large pot and drain fat. Add chopped onion and garlic to pot. Sprinkle in packet of chili seasoning. Cover and simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon cumin power and 1 tablespoon chili powder to the mixture. Stir well. Once stirred, add the following ingredients: 2 cans Hunt diced tomatoes w/ sweet onions 1 can Rotel Tomatoes (mild or med) 1 can red beans ,drained 1 can kidney beans , drained 1 can chopped green chilis Stir all together and simmer for approximately 30 minutes. Uncover and add 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup Jack Daniel whiskey. Stir again, cover and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally. Flavors develop the longer it cooks. Mashing some beans will make the mixture nice and thick. Add more sugar / whiskey to taste in equal proportions if desired. Can top with grated cheese chopped onions, green onions, and/or sour cream if desired.

3 lbs cubed beef
2 medium walla walla onions, chopped fine
3 large garlic cloves, minced fine
2 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth
2 (12 ounce) cans Hunts tomato sauce
7 tablespoons gebhardt chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Steps:

  • Saute beef in skillet. Put beef into your favorite chili pot and simmer with onions and garlic broth for one and a half hours. Keep your hands off and leave the lid on!
  • Add the Hunts Tomato Sauce, Gebhardt Chili Powder and the ground cumin. Stir.
  • Fifteen minutes before eatin time add the Tabasco. Put the lid back on and simmer for another 15 minutes. Add salt to taste.
  • This will serve 6-8 hungry Varmints.

1 lb pork
1 lb sausage
1 lb hamburger
2 (796 ml) cans crushed tomatoes
2 (156 ml) cans tomato paste
3 cans kidney beans
2 bottles beer
6 cloves garlic
1/4 onion
1 chili pepper (jalapeno)
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
4 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
8 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce (I recommend Endorphin Rush)
3 fluid ounces Jack Daniels Whiskey

Steps:

  • brown all meat, chop onion,peppers,garlic, add all ingredients, spices, and meat to pot, stir and heat to a slow boil for 2 hours, refrigerate over night, reheat following day serve-- even better the 3rd day.
