This Slow Cooker Crack Chicken (Cheddar Ranch Chicken) is an addicting concoction of chicken, cheese, bacon and perfectly seasoned with ranch dressing. Cooking this in the slow cooker takes all the work out of it and makes it a super simple hearty dinner on busy days.

3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 packets dry ranch seasoning or try my Homemade Ranch Seasoning
2 8 ounce cream cheese
6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 cup cheddar cheese
chopped green onions for garnish

Steps:

  • In a slow cooker add the chicken to the bottom. Sprinkle with dry ranch seasoning. Top with cream cheese. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours long.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks. Top with bacon and sprinkle with cheese. Cover until melted. Serve on buns, over rice and garnish with green onions.

1 (5 lb) bag boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 10)
1 (1 ounce) packet of zesty Italian salad dressing mix
14 ounces pepperoncini peppers

Steps:

  • In a crock pot, place the frozen chicken breasts, package of zesty Italian dry mix, and the whole jar of pepperoncinis. You can buy the whole pepperoncinis or the sliced ones. Turn the crock pot on high and allow the chicken to cook for 6-8 hours. Use a fork to shred the chicken while it is cooking.

1/2 cup Italian dressing (any kind to suit your liking)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
olive oil

Steps:

  • Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
  • Sauté chicken pieces in a little olive oil until browned.
  • While chicken is browning, combine the ranch and Italian dressings in measuring glass or bowl.
  • When chicken in browned, pour dressing mixture in and cook on low heat until mixture is just beginning to boil and beat throughout.
  • Pour chicken mix over egg noodles or pasta.
  • Sauce can easily be doubled.
