½ cup frozen spinach
½ cup frozen chopped kale
1 ½ cups coconut water (see note)
1 ripe banana
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen pineapple

Steps:

  • Place greens in the blender and top with coconut water. Blend until combined.
  • Add banana, frozen mango and frozen pineapple. Blend well.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!

2 cups tampico island fruit punch, chilled
2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
1 cup pineapple chunk, frozen,fresh,or canned
1 cup ice

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender or food processor; cover.
  • Blend for 2 minutes at low speed; continue to blend at medium speed until smooth.
  • Pour into tall glasses.
  • Garnish the glasses with a thin wedge of pinapple.
