1 16oz. sour cream
1 8oz. cream cheese room temp
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing
1 small pkg. imitation crab meat (it's cooked already)
ritz crackers to serve on

Steps:

  • 1. In bowl, beat or whisk all ingredients EXCEPT fish. Chop up meat (more like chicken for chicken salad) Stir until blended. Chill a couple hours while flavors marinate. Serve with crackers.

1.5 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, flake style shredded
1/4 onion, minced
garlic powder, to taste
dry dill weed, to taste

Steps:

  • Soften cream cheese in microwave.
  • Stir remaining ingredients into and mix.
  • Make the night before and refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
  • Note that cook time is refrigeration time.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers.

3 TBLS uncooked onion chopped
3 TBLS chopped celery
1 stp curry powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3 TBL mayo
1 cup trans ocean classic imitation crab meat flake style

Steps:

  • Chop celery and onion to desired size. Stir in mayo and crab. Stir until the desired size is reaced.
