PEAR-CELERY LEMONADE
We love the flavors of pear and celery together. They make a perfect lemonade that's packed with vitamin C. Be sure to drink your juice as soon as possible after it's made for the most nutritious bang. Adding chia seeds helps replace the fiber that is lost in the juicing process.

- Juice, in this order, the pears, lemons and celery, following your juicer's specific settings for each. Stir in the chia seeds if using and let soak for 5 minutes. Serve the juice immediately over ice, if desired.
HOT LEMONADE
I actually usually make this when I'm sick, but it tastes great on healthy days too! Adjust the sweetener up or down to suit your taste for tartness.
