Steps:

  • Combine honey and water; stir until blended.
  • To prevent browning, soak apples, pears or other fruit for 30 seconds.

1 cup honey
1 cinnamon stick

Steps:

  • Combine the wine and the honey in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the cinnamon stick.
  • Cover and let stand in the sun for 3 days.
  • Remove the cinnamon.
  • Pour into a glass jar and seal.
  • Let stand 3 more days in the sun.
