These pork chops taste like a special-occasion dish. It probably has something to do with that sweet and savory onion, honey mustard and apple glaze.

2 tsp. oil
4 bone-in pork loin center chops (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 large Gala apple, sliced
3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
1/4 cup apple juice

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Reduce heat to medium; cook chops 6 min. on each side or until done (145ºF). Transfer chops to platter, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chops to keep warm.
  • Add onions and apples to skillet; cook on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in mustard and apple juice; cook and stir until heated through.
  • Spoon sauce over chops.
