Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, basil, pepper and salt.
- Place pita triangles in a bowl and pour seasoned olive oil over pita. Gently toss to coat each pita triangle, use your hands for this.
- Next place pita triangles on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Serve immediately or store in an air tight container.
BAKED TORTILLA CHIPS

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Brush both sides of the tortillas with the oil. Stack the tortillas and cut the pile into sixths to make chips. - Cut each tortilla into 8 chip sized wedges and arrange the wedges in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
- In a mister, combine the oil and lime juice. Mix well and spray each tortilla wedge until slightly moist.
- Combine the cumin, chili powder and salt in a small bowl and sprinkle on the chips.

- Cut each pita bread into 8 triangles. Place triangles on lined cookie sheet.
