Slow Cooker Breakfast Casserole image

Here's a breakfast casserole that is very easy on the cook. I can make it the night before and it's ready in the morning. It's the perfect recipe when I have weekend guests. -Ella Stutheit, Las Vegas, Nevada

HOLIDAY MORNING BREAKFAST CASSEROLE (CROCK POT)

Holiday Morning Breakfast Casserole (Crock Pot) image

This is an adaptation from Tom & Candy's recipe. I have made this twice for Thanksgiving breakfast for the school teachers and always get lots of compliments....and requests for the recipe. You can switch out the meat for any type of breakfast meat you might like.
