HOLIDAY ALMONDS
These sweet and flavorful nuts are addictive. They're simple to make and I love serving them during at parties or as a satisfying snack. -Trisha Kruse, Eagle, Idaho

Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and seasonings; set aside. In another bowl, whisk egg white until foamy. Add almonds; toss to coat. Add spice mixture; toss to coat. , Spread on a greased foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

- 1. Preheat your oven at 325
- 2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and seasoning of choice and set aside.
- 3. In another bowl, whisk egg white until foamy and add almonds and toss to coat completely.
- 4. Add spice mixture and toss to coat
- 5. Spread on a greased foil lined baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned; stirring occasionally.
- 6. Remove from oven and cool completely. Store in airtight container until time to serve.
