- In a large bowl, whisk yogurt until soft and smooth. Gradually whisk in milk until blended. Add pudding mixes; whisk 2 minutes longer. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set., Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Transfer to crust. Top with remaining whipped topping and chocolate curls if desired. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING PIE
A homemade silky smooth chocolate pudding becomes the filling for the most delicious chocolate pudding pie. Forget pudding from a box! Once you've made your own, no other will compare!

Steps:
- Prepare the frozen pie crust according to package instructions. You're simply baking it to prepare it for the filling. Allow to cool completely.
- In a medium sized saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa, flour, salt, and egg until well blended. Stir in milk slowly until ingredients are blended. Over medium heat and stirring constantly, bring to boil (takes about 15 minutes) and then immediately remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. (makes 3 cups)
- Pour into baked pie shell. If desired, cover with plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding to prevent a skin from forming.
- Refrigerate 4 hours, or up to 24 hours.
- Top with whipped cream, and chocolate shavings, if desired, and serve.

Steps:
- In a small bowl melt peanut butter in the microwave (about 10-20 seconds).
- Spoon melted peanut into pie crust, drizzling all over. Sprinkle 1/4 C hazelnuts (if using).
- Make chocolate pudding following manufacturer's directions. Pour into pie crust. Place in the fridge to set (about 30 mins-1 hr).
- Spoon a generous amount of Cool Whip over the pie, and smooth. Drizzle Hershey syrup parallel to one another (1/2 inch apart). Using a butter knife, slide it opposite direction of the syrup lines. Top it with remaining nuts (If using) chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
- Let sit in fridge overnight or up to 8 hours.

- Butter the inside of a 1.2 litre pudding bowl and line the base with a disc of buttered greaseproof paper.
- Melt the butter, syrup and sugar in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and stir in the milk and egg. Add the cocoa to the flour, then tip this mixture into the pan with the cinnamon and soda.
- Pour the mixture into the pudding bowl, cover tightly with foil and steam for 11⁄4 hours. Just before the end, heat the sauce ingredients until melted, stirring all the time.
- Turn the pudding out (run a knife around the inside of the bowl if necessary) and discard the paper disc. Pour the sauce over the top and serve immediately.
