½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
2 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Stir soup, milk, black pepper, vegetables, chicken, noodles and Parmesan cheese in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir.

2/3 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1-1/2 cups chopped carrots
3 celery ribs, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried savory
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1-1/2 cups 2% milk
1-1/4 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained

Steps:

  • In a large nonstick skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink. Add the broth, carrots, celery and savory. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender., Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese until melted. Pour over chicken mixture. Add noodles; mix well., Transfer to a 3-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.

1 lb egg noodles, cooked
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 (15 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup milk
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons diced pimentos
1 cup soft buttered bread crumb (optional)

Steps:

  • Cook noodles as package directs; drain.
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In large skillet, over medium heat, cook celery, green pepper and onion in margarine until tender.
  • Stir in soup and milk then chicken, cheese and pimiento. Cook and stir until cheese melts.
  • Remove from heat; stir in noodles.
  • Spoon into greased 13x9 inch baking dish. top with crumbs.
  • Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

1 pound egg noodles
2-3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 (14 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen peas and carrots
3/4 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic salt
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375º F.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook egg noodles according to packaging directions, or until al dente.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine soups and heavy cream and stir together to mix.
  • Add frozen vegetables, cheddar cheese, cubed chicken and egg noodles, and season with garlic salt and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a large casserole dish and lightly tap it against the counter to remove air bubbles and smooth it out.
  • In a separate bowl, toss together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of casserole.
  • Place baking dish in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and sauce is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes. Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with more cheese.
