HEALTHY GRAPE PROTEIN SHAKE
Came up with this protein shake/smoothie recipe. Easy and yummy way to get your fruit servings and protein servings in for the day.

Steps:
- 1. Freeze overnight the grapes. I freeze them in my ninja blender.
- 2. Add all the other ingredients and blend. You could substitute yogurt and milk instead of the applesauce and juice. Depends if you want more fruity or more creamy.
